Madison Softball League Board Members

Paula Robley

Paula Robley is our President for the 2016-2017 season. This is her third year on our board. She previously served as the Business Manager. Paula is also a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Alabama. Professionally, Paula works for Sales and Performance Management for a corporate bank. She has been in banking for over 15 years. Paula has two daughters that have played for our league since they moved to Madison four years ago. Together they have five children. All who play sports! She has two older children who are in college and three younger children who go to Liberty Middle School and Heritage Elementary. Paula has been involved with softball not only as a child who played but as a board member from her older children’s years of youth sports. Outside of softball, Paula and her family attends other sporting events, enjoys going to the beach and traveling!

Shawn Neil

Shawn is currently serving as the Vice President for the Madison Softball League.  He was born in Michigan but has lived in this area for nearly 30 years.  Shawn is a graduate of The Butler High School.  He has been coaching softball at Palmer for 4 years and is also the head coach of the Madison Force 14U Team.  When not at the softball field, Shawn likes to find any excuse he can to travel and take vacations, but, he's usually at the softball field.  He loves all sports but nothing comes close to baseball/softball.  Shawn is a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers.

Chris McDonald

Chris is our Business Manager.

Flip McDaniel

Flip McDaniel is currently servering as Registrar. 

Jamey Hamilton

Jamey Hamilton currently serves as the IT consultant and Communications Manager.  Jamey was born and raised in Madison, and graduated from Bob Jones High School.  After college, and working in a few other locations, he returned to Madison to raise his family.  He has a daughter, Alexis, that plays in the league.  This is his third year to coach in our league.  Jamey also has a son, Cal, and coaches for the Madison Baseball Association.
